Careers: Symcor regularly posts available positions. If you apply for a position in the “Careers” section of our website, you may provide us with certain personal information about yourself, such as information contained in a resume, cover letter, or similar employment-related materials. We may also collect publicly available information about you from third party website such as information contained in your social media profiles as well as other information you may have publicly shared. We use this information for the purpose of processing and responding to your application and assessing your suitability for current and future career opportunities. Should a position be offered to you, with your consent, we will request that you provide additional personal information to us for the purpose of completing reference checks and background screening requirements as a condition of the offer. Your personal information may also be disclosed to other parties (e.g. background screening agency) as part of this process and will be retained as long as required to fulfill the purpose, according to applicable laws, and Symcor’s records management policy. 

Communications: We may offer you the ability to sign up to receive communications from Symcor about resources, promotions, news, events, and other information about our products and services. We collect certain information (such as first and last name, company name, email address or phone number) in order to send you the communications you have requested to receive.
