To our valued clients and partners:

The COVID-19 pandemic continues to challenge our world like never before. As we adapt and evolve to support the well-being and stability of our communities, Symcor remains focused on doing what is right for our employees and our business partners. I want to thank you for your ongoing commitment and partnership during these volatile times.

I am proud to report that teams within Symcor have acted with agility, resourcefulness and resilience to ensure uninterrupted services to our clients, with the same level of excellence and trust that you have come to expect of us.

While external conditions have been changing every day during COVID-19, our employees have shown exceptional innovation and teamwork, enabling Symcor to honour all client service delivery commitments. When offshore partners entered a lockdown, our teams repatriated that work onshore in less than 24 hours, with no impact to clients. We have also made adjustments to support our clients who have introduced changes to meet customer needs.

I want to take a moment to recognize our employees in Operations. They have shown unwavering dedication and integrity in the line of work. They have stayed true to our North Star of Connecting for Common Good and to Symcor’s foundational pillars of Trust and Excellence that guide our organization. I would like to share some of the comments we are hearing from our teams:

"I haven’t seen teamwork like this in my entire career." - Assistant Manager Operations, Symcor Halifax

"I would like to thank Symcor’s management. We see the efforts that you have put in place to secure us during this situation.” - Senior Officer, Customer Communication Services, Symcor Montreal

We believe that Connecting for Common Good goes beyond business, and touches entire communities. During COVID-19, Symcor has been active with our community partners by providing technology solutions to Pathways to Education and supporting the future of virtual healthcare through our partnership with Women’s College Hospital in Toronto.

I want to once again reaffirm our commitment to you and your business. Symcor has a business continuity plan that is robust and aligned with government-directed COVID-19 measures and we are proactively preparing for the future. As always and especially now, we are proud to call you our partners as we work together to shape a brighter tomorrow for our communities.
